framed
Clean borders for your photos.
framed puts a quiet, precise border around a photo so it sits properly in a feed. Pick a photo, choose a shape, export. That is the whole app.
What it does
- Frame shapes: Original, 1:1, 4:5, 3:4, 2:3, 9:16, each with a portrait/landscape toggle
- A crop shape you can set independently of the outer frame
- Border width from 0% to 25%, white or black
- Drag to position, pinch to zoom up to 5×
- Up to nine photos at once, with a grid preview
- Export at 720p or HD 1080p through the standard iOS share sheet
No onboarding, no account, no ads, no watermark, no export limits.
Support
Questions, bugs, or feature requests are welcome. Email chuyangdeng@gmail.com and you will get a reply, usually within a couple of days.
When reporting a problem, it helps to include:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings › General › About)
- The framed version number
- What you did, and what happened instead
Common questions
Where did my photo go after exporting?
framed hands the finished image to the iOS share sheet. Choose Save Image to put it in your photo library, or pick an app to send it to directly. framed does not save anything on its own.
Does framed change my original photo?
No. Your original is never modified. framed reads the photo you pick and produces a new image.
Why does it ask for photo access?
To read the photo you choose, and to save the finished image back to your library if you ask it to. Nothing is uploaded — see the privacy policy.
Does it work offline?
Always. framed contains no networking code at all.
Requirements
